Bespoke food and drink PR campaigns can be run in two main ways:

*Retainer basis: a fixed, ongoing monthly fee agreed in advance. This is generally most suitable for large, medium or fast growing, ambitious companies which want a continually high media profile to stay ahead of the competition and drive trade interest and consumer demand. Prices start from £50/month.

*Project basis: a fixed fee for a one-off activity (e.g setting up of social media accounts) or short campaign which has been allocated a certain budget. Smaller companies are likely to choose this way of working.
